Honey-Mustard Potato Slices
- 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced (about 4 cups)
- 1/2 cup honey mustard salad dressing
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Transfer to a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 50-55 minutes or until tender. Stir before serving.
3/4 cup: 242 calories, 10g fat (2g saturated fat), 0 cholesterol, 404mg sodium, 37g carbohydrate (6g sugars, 2g fiber), 3g protein.

The honey mustard gave the potato wedges a delicious coating. I didn't even need any ketchup with them.

OH MY WORD! Not only was this a super easy recipe, but the flavor was out of this world. Must make it!

Yummy! I use the thickest setting on my mandoline. I also use Ken's honey mustard dressing; love that stuff! I think mine only took about 45 mins to cook. I will definitely be making this many times again.

Love this recipe!!! Quick and easy. BUT I only bake it for 25-30 min!!!! I don't know if it's how I cut it (I use a mandolin slicer)? and Ken's dressing taste the best on it. Also taste good cold. Thanks for this yummy recipe!!
