- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 teaspoons seasoned salt
- 1 fully cooked ham center slice (1-1/2 pounds)
- In a small saucepan, heat the first four ingredients until butter is melted. Place ham in a resealable plastic bag or shallow baking dish; pour honey mixture over ham. Seal bag or cover container; refrigerate overnight. Bring to room temperature. Drain and discard marinade. Grill, uncovered, over hot coals, turning several times, for 5-10 minutes or until heated through. Yield: 4-6 servings.
