Honey Chamomile Coupe

- 4 ounces brewed chamomile tea, chilled
- 2 ounces honey simple syrup (3 parts honey, 1 part hot water)
- 2 ounces lemon juice
- 1 ounce elderflower syrup
- 1 lemon zest strip
- Combine tea, honey syrup, lemon juice and elderflower syrup in an ice-filled cocktail shaker; shake vigorously. Pour into a coupe glass. Serve with lemon zest strip.
