Homemade Thousand Island Salad Dressing
TOTAL TIME: Prep: 10 min. + chilling
YIELD: 1-1/2 cups.
We love using Thousand Island dressing for salads, dips and sandwiches. It can be made with chili sauce or ketchup, but I like chili sauce because it gives the dressing a little kick. Once you've tried this homemade recipe, you'll never go back to bottled. —Angelia Sukala, Williamsburg, Pennsylvania
