We love cornflakes. This is definitely an oldie but a goodie. I did add green food coloring and just a couple of redhots. One trick if it's cooling off too fast is to turn on the oven to 350 degrees while you're mixing up ingredients, then turn off the oven. I popped the muffin tins in the oven for just a minute or two which softened it up just enough to get the red hots to stick. :)

No cookie tray is complete without these cornflake wreaths. We always add a bit of green food coloring for fun.

These are a Christmas tradition. I've made these with my daughter since she was small. She is now making them with her toddler. We add green food coloring to the melted marshmallow mixture before the corn flakes.

    "All Hail Bonnie the Grinch".

On a more pleasant note--Kathleen, thank you for this great recipe. I've had them before and now I know how to make them. It's just what I needed tonight to save some time.
