Herbed Turkey Rub Recipe
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1. Combine all ingredients; brush over turkey skin before roasting. Yield: enough for a 14- to 16-pound turkey.
