Herbed Turkey Rub
Rubs, like this three-ingredient blend, add a wonderful flavor and beautiful color to the turkey's skin.

Makesenough for a 14- to 16-pound turkey
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- Combine all ingredients; brush over turkey skin before roasting.
