- 4 pita breads (6 inches)
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- Place pita breads on an ungreased baking sheet; brush with butter. Combine the basil and thyme; sprinkle over pitas. Cut each into eight wedges. Bake at 400° for 8-10 minutes or until crisp. Yield: 6 servings.
