TOTAL TIME: Prep: 15 min. + chilling YIELD:12 servings


  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh chives
  • 1 tablespoon grated onion
  • 1 tablespoon capers, drained
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoon curry powder
  • Dash garlic salt
  • Assorted fresh vegetables


  • 1. In a small bowl, mix first 12 ingredients. Refrigerate, covered, 1 hour. Serve with vegetables. Yield: 1-1/2 cups.
