Jan 25, 2019Yum! Absolutely delicious and so easy to make. I changed it up a little to use up what I had on hand I substituted about 3 cups of rotisserie chicken I had frozen for the chicken breast strips and used 2 cups milk and 2 cups chicken broth as well as the whole bag of California-blend vegetables and the whole container of the garlic
Jan 21, 2019Excellent! Was a hit at our house! To CHUCK who asked the question on Jan 6, 2019: It does say to "heat through" which I believe simply means to heat until it's hot, I would probably use a medium heat and stir to be sure it doesn't stick. When it's hot, it's done. Also, even better the second day.
Jan 21, 2019Looks YUMMY -- but WAY too much sodium!
Jan 6, 2019Cook at what temp and how long?

Yummy good comfort food!
No adjustments needed. Campbell's brand of soup makes a delicious Chicken and Mushroom soup; two flavors combined in one soup. 2 cand of this does the trick!

Cream of Chicken and Mushroom soup is actually one variety of condensed soup. The recipe calls for 2 cans of that flavor. If you can't find it at your local market substitute one of each.
Hope that helps,

I'd like to try this recipe, but I need some clarification on the ingredients, please. It says 2 cans of cream of chicken and mushroom soups. Does it means 1 can of each or 2 cans of each? Commas do make a difference with ingredient lists.

Made it for dinner tonight and it turned out real good... the only thing that I changed was I cooked my chicken breast... I cut it up and sautéed it... and I could not find the garlic and herb cream cheese so I got plain and added garlic powder to it... over all this recipe is a keeper
