Haystack Cookies with Peanut Butter

Peanut butter haystacks are one of my favorite desserts. I love to serve them to guests because they marvel at how something so simple tastes so good! —Starrlette Howard, Ogden, Utah

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 can (3 ounces) chow mein noodles
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows

Directions

  • 1. In a microwave or large bowl over simmering water, melt butterscotch chips and peanut butter; stir until smooth. Gently stir in noodles and marshmallows.
  • 2. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper-lined baking sheets. Refrigerate until set, 10-15 minutes.
