Followed recipe without any changes, except I used half the ham steak but the same amount of topping. I cut it up into bite size pieces to snack on appetizer style! Love the saltiness of the ham, combined with the sweetness of the brown sugar and juiciness of fresh pineapple! Definitel keeper! Delicious! ??

Great recipe! I make this recipe often. Quick and easy. I have also made it using smoked pork chops. Delicious! Joyce Moynihan, Volunteer Field Editor.

This delicious recipe was our Easter dinner. We loved it. I followed the recipe except for halving it for the two of us and I used pineapple chunks that I had on hand instead of the rings. We loved it and cleaned our plates. We will have this again. Volunteer Field Editor

This was tasty, but I would make a little more of the topping and put it on thicker. This recipe is very simple to adjust up or down.

Very easy and quick. Also easy to half this recipe if need to feed only one or two people.
