I love a juicy holiday ham, but I don’t particularly love all the leftovers. So, I’m always on the lookout for creative recipes with leftover ham that spare me from having to eat yet another ham sandwich. Not only is this recipe for ham ravioli bake a delicious way to use up leftover ham, but it also uses ingredients I typically always have on hand, including jarred pasta sauce and frozen ravioli. If you’ve got some leftover veggies to use up—such as peas, green beans, chopped broccoli and red or yellow peppers—they’d also work well in the mix. With less than 30 minutes of bake time, this family-favorite casserole will be on the dinner table in no time.
Ham Ravioli Bake Ingredients

- Frozen cheese ravioli
- Cooked ham
- Mushrooms
- Onion
- Green pepper
- Canola oil
- Alfredo sauce
Directions
Step 1: Cook the ravioli
Cook the ravioli according to the package directions.
Step 2: Saute the ham and vegetables
While the ravioli cooks, saute the cubed ham, sliced mushrooms and chopped onion and green pepper in oil in a large skillet over medium heat for four to five minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
Step 3: Layer the ingredients
Spread 2 tablespoons of the Alfredo sauce into a greased 8-inch square baking dish. Stir the remaining Alfredo sauce into the ham mixture and cook them for three to four minutes or until they’re heated through.
Then, drain the ravioli and place half in the prepared baking dish. Top it with half of the ham mixture. Repeat the layers.
Step 4: Bake
Cover the casserole and bake it at 375°F for 20 to 25 minutes or until it’s bubbly. If desired, top it with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh parsley.

Leftover ham ravioli bake should be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator, where it will stay good for up to four days. For longer storage, transfer the ham ravioli bake to a freezer-safe container after allowing it to cool completely, and freeze it for up to three months. Thaw it overnight in the refrigerator before reheating it.
