Ham ‘n’ Cheese Wedges

Baking mix is a shortcut in this savory round loaf from Marietta Slater of Augusta, Kansas. "We enjoy it for breakfast, and I like to serve big wedges with a bowl of soup," she writes.

Yummy. With lots of leftover Easter ham I thought I'd give this one a whirl. My young sons loved this with their soup last night for supper. Tasty and it could easily accomodate other ingredients of personal choice....herbs or another cheese or chilis.
