TOTAL TIME: Prep/Total Time: 15 min. YIELD:2 servings

  • 2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon olive oil, divided
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
  • 2 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
  • 4 garlic cloves, peeled
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon plain yogurt

"This was absolutely OUTSTANDING. Don't see any reason you can't make the sauce (in blender) and refrigerate, to simplify the prep."
