Grilled Peaches ‘n’ Berries

With only five ingredients, this delightful dessert is so easy to prepare. Just halve peaches and sprinkle with fresh blueberries and a brown sugar mixture. Because they're grilled in foil, there are no messy dishes to wash. —Sharon W. Bickett, Chester, South Carolina

Great recipe, especially with some vanilla ice cream on the side. The only downfall is it was difficult to separate the peach from the pits.

Add this simple side dish to any grilling event! Easy to prepare, quick clean up and everyone is impressed. Sometimes we do 'individual' size portions wrapped in foil. Works great. Even if out of blueberries make this recipe!

Substituted a little honey for a little of the brown sugar. Yummy

Me and the hubby take these with us everytime we go to a bbq and they are always a huge hit. We have used under-ripe peaches and over-ripe peaches and they always turn out perfectly!

I bought what I thought were three ripe peaches - got them home and they were mushy and pithy, and were mangled by the time I got them off the pit. I made them anyway since just for my family. They turned out delicious! Added a little cool whip on top.

Excellent receipe. I have grilled peaches along with other fruit before adding honey, and marscpone cheese. I will try this recipe with the dame but it is great as is.
