My husband brought home a variation of this recipe from a pork conference. Not only did it win raves a home, it received a blue ribbon at a fair. I have seven children, five grandkids...and many opportunities to cook!

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Not bad, but if you are looking for a great pork chop recipe try the spiced pork chops (they are baked and unbelievably moist).

I really liked this recipe because of its mild flavor which really let the chops flavor come through. Foolproof if you're looking for a moist pork chop
