In a small bowl, combine the first five ingredients; spread over corn. Place each ear of corn on a double thickness of heavy-duty foil. Fold foil around corn and seal tightly. Grill, covered, over medium heat for 15-20 minutes or until tender, turning every 5 minutes.

What a nice change for corn on the cob. My daughter especially liked it. When it's not "in season" I think I'll add the ingredients to frozen corn.
The basting sauce was really good w/ a nice little kick to it. Would make again. Made half of the sauce for 2 cobs of corn.
