Greek-Style Chicken Burgers Recipe

Greek-Style Chicken Burgers Recipe

The original recipe for these burgers called for lamb or beef, but I decided to try ground chicken to decrease the fat. The sauce easily doubles as a flavorful dip for veggies and pita chips. —Judy Puskas, Wallaceburg, Ontario

"I did not make the tzaziki sauce but used the recipe for the burgers by itself. Delicious! I baked them and served on whole wheat buns with guacamole, lettuce, and cheddar cheese. The whole family gobbled them down so I would absolutely make them again."
