Granola Sundaes Recipe
Ice cream has long been a hassle-free dessert that complements any meal. Top it off with a yummy oat mixture, and you've got an instant success.—Kim Dunbar, Willow Springs, Illinois
1 cup quick-cooking oats
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup butter, softened
In a bowl, combine oats and brown sugar. Stir in peanut butter and butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over ice cream.
Yield: 2 cups topping.
