Ingredients

  • 1 white cake mix (regular size)
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup white baking chips
  • FILLING:
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3-3/4 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 1/2 cup white baking chips

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, butter and egg; beat on low speed until combined. Stir in baking chips. Press into a greased 13x9-in. baking pan.
In another bowl, beat cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth. Add butter, eggs and vanilla; beat on low until combined. Add confectioners' sugar; mix well. Pour over crust; sprinkle with baking chips.
Bake 40-45 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool completely on a wire rack. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Cut into bars. Yield: 4 dozen.
