Not my favorite. The crust was hard and difficult to slice through, even though I added the extra water and used a medium crust setting. It seemed overly sweet with both sugar and honey, too.

This is the BEST bread machine recipe! I double the honey to 4 Tbsp. Anyone who has ever eaten this bread at my house has commented on how tasty and moist it is!-Lori in WI.

We've been making this bread for years. It's our "go to" bread machine recipe. We usually use 2.5 c white and 1 c wheat flour. Delicious!!

I have loved and had great results from this recipe for years. I have converted it to half white whole wheat with the addition of a little baker's dry milk and it works fabulously. This is one of those standbys that everyone loves. Great texture and flavor, makes great rolls too.
