Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 ounces whiskey
  • 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 1 ounce honey liqueur
  • Ginger beer

Directions

Combine whiskey, lemon juice and honey in an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously. Strain into a cocktail glass; top with a splash of ginger beer. Yield: 1 cocktail
Note: 1 tablespoon honey mixed with 1 teaspoon hot water may be used in place of the honey liquor.
