Ingredients

  • 2 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 3 to 5 tablespoons frozen grape, cherry-pomegranate or cranberry juice concentrate, thawed
  • 12 doughnut holes
  • LEMON VARIATION:
  • 2 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 5 tablespoons lemon juice

Directions

  1. Whisk together sugar and enough juice concentrate to achieve a thick glaze. Dip doughnut holes in glaze; transfer to waxed paper. Let stand until set.
  2. Variation: For lemon glaze, whisk together sugar and lemon juice until smooth. Dip doughnut holes and transfer to waxed paper. Let stand until set.
