Ginger Beer Pulled Pork
TOTAL TIME: Prep: 25 min. Cook: 6 hours
YIELD: 10 servings.
This is just one of the many ways I like to cook pork. My family enjoys the ginger flavor and also drinking ginger beer. It's a bit different, but delicious! —Nancy Heishman, Las Vegas, Nevada
