Ingredients

  • Ice cubes
  • 2 ounces gin
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons dry vermouth
  • GARNISH:
  • Cocktail onions

Directions

Fill a mixing glass or tumbler two-thirds full with ice. Add gin and vermouth; stir until condensation forms on outside of glass. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish as desired. Yield: 1 serving.
Vodka Gibson: Substitute vodka for the gin.
