Garlic-Chive Whipped Butter
Total TimePrep/Total Time: 10 min.
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh chives
- 1 to 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Beat all ingredients until blended. Store, tightly covered, in the refrigerator.

Very good on baked potatoes, too!

This recipe is excellent. I served it with warm, whole wheat Parker House rolls. I halved the recipe. I also used chives that I had snipped last fall and had in the freezer. I will make this recipe again. I'm thinking it would be excellent used in a pasta or grain side dish!!!!
