- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh chives
- 1 to 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Beat all ingredients until blended. Store, tightly covered, in the refrigerator. Yield: 1/2 cup.
