I spread the ingredients out on the dough before rolling them up. Surprisingly, there was not a lot of flavor in these. I think next time I will use fresh minced garlic that I warm in the butter and will add about 1/4 teaspoon of salt. 1.8 stars
I made this recipe as written and they were very good and easy to make.
Just a great simple recipe everyone loves. I have made this several times now - sometimes I make exactly as the recipe, other times I actually mix the butter, spices and cheese together and spread on the dough BEFORE I roll up. Both ways just delicious.
We love crescent rolls and I always love finding a new way to spruce them up. These were delicious and a hit with the family. I felt they could use a bit more garlic but the family felt otherwise! Definitely making them again. They would be delicious with a pasta dish.
What could be easier! Delicious and no work at all. Great for when I need to add a carbohydrate to a meal.
