Garlic Butter Topping Recipe

Garlic Butter Topping Recipe

“My mother gave me this microwave recipe several years ago,” writes Marla Pinson from Granbury, Texas. “It’s easy and so tasty even my kids eat their veggies with this on them!” Also try the garlic-flavored topping over bread as a yummy change of pace or substitute garlic salt for garlic powder for a bit more flavor.

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme

  • 3 cups fresh cauliflowerets

"This is quick and easy and makes a small portion which is convenient also. However, it does not keep well and seemed a bit runny."
