Garlic Blue Cheese Dip Recipe
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, cubed
- 1 cup (4 ounces) crumbled blue cheese
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled
- Assorted crackers
- 1. In a blender, combine the milk, cream cheese, blue cheese and garlic; cover and process until blended. Serve with crackers. Yield: About 1-1/2 cups.

"I tested this recipe for the first time and I adjusted the recipe by using about 2/3 to 3/4 cup prepared Blue Cheese dressing in place of the milk and crumbled blue cheese, 1 tsp. spicy brown prepared mustard, 1/2 to 3/4 tsp. prepared horseradish, the 2 garlic cloves, CRUSHED and 8-oz. cream cheese. I blended everything together using my KA stand mixer and beat on high speed until smooth. I then chilled the dip until ready to serve in a covered container. This dip to me is a keeper! I was to try and use up any condiments in my fridge that I hadn't used and I added the mustard and horseradish for additional flavor.
