Fun-on-the-Run Snack Mix Recipe
- 2 cups Wheat Chex
- 2 cups miniature fish-shaped crackers
- 2 cups pretzel sticks
- 1 cup salted peanuts
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1. In a large bowl, combine the cereal, crackers, pretzels, peanuts and cranberries. Store in an airtight container. Yield: 8 cups.
1/2 cup: 143 calories, 6g fat (1g saturated fat), 0 cholesterol, 207mg sodium, 20g carbohydrate (6g sugars, 2g fiber), 4g protein. Diabetic Exchanges: 1 starch, 1 fat.
