Fruity Summer Cooler Recipe
- 6 to 8 ice cubes
- 1/2 cup cubed cantaloupe
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup cranberry juice
- 1/3 cup sliced banana
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1 tablespoons honey
- 3/4 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor; cover and blend until smooth. Yield: 2-3 servings.
