"Each element (other than the water) of this otherwise great recipe for kids already contains a lot of natural sugar. I made it following directions but found it way too sweet. However it's a good hot day snack so my next try I'll simply omit the sugar. It is not needed and the last thing my gung ho grandson needs."

"This makes a great before or after the gym 'pick-me up' for my husband. Have made with and without addition of water and varried the amount of sugar depending taste. The hardest part is waiting for it to soften a little!"
