Ingredients

6 lime wedges
Coarse sugar, optional
1 can (13.66 ounces) coconut milk
1-1/2 cups blanco tequila
1 cup triple sec
1/4 cup simple syrup
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
1/4 cup cream of coconut
5 to 6 cups ice cubes
Fresh cranberries

Directions

If desired, moisten rims of 6 margarita or cocktail glasses with lime wedges and sprinkle sugar on a plate; dip rims in sugar.

In a blender, combine coconut milk, tequila, triple sec, simple syrup, lime juice, cream of coconut and enough ice to reach desired consistency; cover and process until blended. Pour into prepared glasses. Garnish with lime wedges and cranberries. Serve immediately.
