Frosty Chocolate Mousse
Total TimePrep: 10 min. + freezing
- 1-1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup sifted baking cocoa
- 1/2 teaspoon rum extract
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Beat until mixture mounds softly. Spoon into dessert dishes. Freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.

Simple but elegant. I have piped this into small chocolate cups and it wows the crowd every time. They are amazed at how easy this is to make!

Fantastic recipe! I have added alcohol (the chouce is yours), in addition to the vanilla extract and ommited the rum extract if serving to adults. Quick, easy and always a hit.

Quick, easy, and delicious. I was able to come home late in the afternoon after an engagement with my singing group and get dessert made and in the freezer in no time, as I was expecting company My guest loved it!

Made this many times. It's quick and easy, and always impressive when guests just drop by. I've also made it without the rum extract and increased the vanilla a little. Still good.
