I absolutely love this recipe and use it for all my customers who want a light and fluffy chocolate mousse. Turned out great all the times I made it and wouldn’t change one thing about it. Totally recommend!

Love this frosting! It's light and not super sweet! I've made it just as the recipe says. You wont' be disappointed!

This is a fantastic frosting! I've made it with vanilla pudding mix as well and it is delicious. Great for those of us who don't care for the overly rich, cloyingly sweet texture of most frostings.

This makes a wonderful cake filling, too! I've also used vanilla pudding in place of chocolate and then added a capful (or 2) of liqueur, such as Kahlua, as a fruit dip. So good it makes you want to skip the fruit! :)
