Festive Cranberry Colada
I had to do a lot of coaxing to get this recipe from a chef I knew, but my persistence paid off. Since it contains cranberry juice, it is wonderful at Thanksgiving and Christmas, but I like it on hot days, too. —Susan Kieboam, Amherstburg, Ontario

- 5 cups cranberry juice
- 2-1/2 cups unsweetened pineapple juice
- 2-1/2 cups orange juice
- 1-1/4 cups cream of coconut
- Assorted fresh fruit, optional
- In batches, place all ingredients in a blender; cover and process until blended. Serve over ice. If desired, garnish with fresh fruit.
