  • 6 hoagie buns, split
  • 12 slices cooked roast beef (1/4 inch thick)
  • 3/4 cup spaghetti sauce
  • 1-1/2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pickled pepper rings


  1. Place buns cut side up on a baking sheet. Place beef on bottom halves; top with spaghetti sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
  2. Bake at 325° for 10-13 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted. Top with peppers. Replace bun tops.
