Easy Mock Devonshire Cream

- 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- In a small bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in sour cream and confectioners' sugar until smooth. Add whipping cream. Beat on medium speed until combined; beat on high speed until stiff peaks form. Refrigerate until serving.

Simply amazing !!! I folowed the recipe and it came out just like the picture above. The taste was beyond good !!!!!! We are having teaparty shower for my daughter today and this will be just right !!! I used my kitchen aid stand mixer to prepare the recipe.

I beat it for about 10 minutes on super high speed. Came out very nice.

I followed the recipe. I found that after adding the whipping cream, I could not get it to form stiff peaks. It tastes okay, but it was a little too soft to serve with scones so I will discard this recipe from my collection.

This was easy and delish! I had a small viewing party of the recent Royal Wedding and made it for our scones. The best!!!!!
