The first thing I learned to bake as a child was Peanut butter cookies. The recipe is similar and also just 3 ingredients. It's 1 cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy), 1 cup sugar and 1 egg. That's it! Same temp and time.
Ingredients you have on hand, quick, easy, everybody loved them and great for those on gluten free diets. What's not to love?
This recipe is so easy and utilizes ingredients that are always on hand. I make these often!
I would not use this recipe all of the time, but would consider it if ever needed, since it was so quick and easy with good results.
