Easy Blue Cheese Dressing
This tangy salad dressing can be ready to serve in 15 minutes or less. We like the blend of flavors with the blue cheese. —Margaret Krueger, New Berlin, Wisconsin
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1. In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic and pepper; whisk until smooth. Stir in the blue cheese. Serve over salad greens. Store in the refrigerator.
2 tablespoons: 56 calories, 4g fat (3g saturated fat), 15mg cholesterol, 106mg sodium, 1g carbohydrate (1g sugars, 0 fiber), 2g protein.
