Easy Blue Cheese Dressing


  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese


  • 1. In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic and pepper; whisk until smooth. Stir in the blue cheese. Serve over salad greens. Store in the refrigerator.
