Total TimePrep: 15 min.+ marinating
- 6 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 cup canola oil
- 1 cup cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons snipped fresh dill
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Place broccoli in a large bowl or shallow dish. Whisk together remaining ingredients; add to broccoli and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
- To serve, drain broccoli, discarding marinade.

This is also great for a twosome. You can use what you need and put the rest in the refrigerator for use the next time.

What a wonderful recipe for a summer picnic!! Very refreshing ..... and quick and easy to make!! I added a little more sugar when I made it as well as some finely diced red onion (for the color). Five stars for sure!
