Dijon Mustard Vinaigrette

- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
- 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- In a large bowl, whisk together first four ingredients. Slowly add olive oil while whisking constantly.
