Dijon Honey Dressing Von-Bryan Recipe

Jo Ann's homemade salad dressing is a delicious, creamy blend that's become a favorite of inn guests. Although it keeps well in the refrigerator, she doesn't have leftovers around for long!
TOTAL TIME: Prep/Total Time: 5 min. YIELD:14 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/8 teaspoon onion salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried minced garlic
  • Pinch of red pepper

Directions

  • 1. Mix all ingredients well. Store in refrigerator. Yield: 14 servings.

"Our family really likes this dressing. It has so much more flavor that bottled honey mustard salad dressing. It is too thick to pour, so I thin it with sweet pickle juice or milk."
