Diabetic Milk Shake

  • 3/4 cup fat-free no-sugar-added vanilla ice cream
  • 3/4 cup fat-free milk
  • 1 large ripe banana, quartered
  • Sugar substitute equivalent to 4 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract


  • Combine all ingredients in a blender container; cover and process on low until smooth. Serve immediately.

    How can you in good conscience recommend a milkshake to a diabetic that has 29 g of carbs?!! Please do your research. A low-carb WOE has been clinically proven to reverse diabetes type 2. Recipes like this are a reckless regard to the diabetic community and those who do not know different...
