This is a keeper. I agree with PHYTZ38 if you like more seasoned foods add some things.. but my husband who is meat potatoes, salt pepper … loves this dish. very quick -very good the next day. I added a second package of noodles because my hamburger was a little over a pound.

It doesn't get any more easy than this. The recipe needs more seasonings; whatever one likes. I added chopped garlic, green pepper, onion, celery, salt and pepper. Like others said, it needs more liquid. Our family likes this so much I have made it several times. It is a keeper for us.

I followed the recipe, but I had to add about 3/4th cup of water so that the noodles would finish cooking. I also sprinkled chili powder over for more flavor. It was awesome!

My husband and I really liked this. Infused a little brown sugar to cut the acid taste.
