- 4 cups torn romaine
- 2/3 cup chopped Granny Smith apple (about 1 medium)
- 2/3 cup walnut halves
- 1/2 cup dried cherries
- 1/3 cup prepared raspberry vinaigrette
- 1/2 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
- In a large salad bowl, combine the romaine, apple, walnuts and cherries. Drizzle with vinaigrette. Sprinkle with cheese. Yield: 5 servings.

"Good No Hassle salad... Making it again tonight and will use often."
"Its hard to believe that only 3 people have rated this salad. I didn't have any lettuce so I did without and I couldn't find rasberry vinaigrette anywhere so I used balsamic vinegar. It was great as is and my husband loved it. This time I will use lettuce but I can't see how that will really improve it."
