Its hard to believe that only 3 people have rated this salad. I didn't have any lettuce so I did without and I couldn't find rasberry vinaigrette anywhere so I used balsamic vinegar. It was great as is and my husband loved it. This time I will use lettuce but I can't see how that will really improve it.

I made this salad for an "After Thanksgiving" party. It was a huge hit! Light, flavorful, easy and elegant! My kind of recipe!

This was a yummy quick salad to put together. If you added chicken to it, it would be a great entree salad! I made a few adjustments according to what I had on hand: dried cranberries for cherries, feta cheese for Gorgonzola, and red apples.
