Crumb-Coated Chicken Recipe

"This recipe is easy enough for kids to do, and our family loves it!" writes Ginny Watson (pictured) of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. A crumb coating adds savory flavor to the chicken and keeps it moist while it cooks.

"This was just okay. I thought it was pretty bland and lacked flavor."

"I have already made this dish more than once. It has definitely been a hit for a long time. This recipe came out of the 2005 quick Cooking magazine that I subscribed to. That shows how long it has been around."

"This chicken has a great taste and is very moist! The whole family loved it and my friends have already cooked it also. The second time I made it I substituted the garlic for lemon pepper... it was great. I also baked mine in the oven instead of microwaving it (funny about chicken being done)."
